Craig Howard
Craig is a Third Generation Realtor; a claim that can not be made by many. Craig is a native Dallasite who grew up studying residential architecture and real estate. From the age of 5 he was drawing floor plans to the neighborhood homes. By age 14 you could find him working at the family real estate firm along with his father and grandmother. He has seen the many changes in real estate through the 10 years he has been in the business.
Craig graduated with a BBA in Management from Texas Tech University in 1996. While at Texas Tech he completed over 30 credit hours in architectural design concentrating on residential design. This gives him an excellent eye for detail in both architecture and business. Craig was so anxious to get involved in the family business that he graduated with this degree in just 3 years. After graduating from Texas Tech, Craig decided to start working on his own real estate license. He has taken the knowledge from both his grandmother and his father and built a highly effective marketing strategy for both his clients and himself. He is readily involved in the Dallas Board of Realtors and follows rigorous training efforts to keep ahead on both the legal aspects of the business and to also provide his clients with the most recent technological advances in real estate.
Craig is an actively involved in the community at large as well. He is an active member in both Preservation Dallas, an organization that strives to restore Dallas' oldest buildings and homes, and the Dallas Architecture Forum, which focuses on increasing the Dallas' public on the world's most significant architecture. He is also a member of the Dallas Museum of Art, Fort Worth Modern Art Museum, and the Nasher Sculpture Garden. Although he loves real estate and architecture, he also loves to give back to the community.
